We developed our cocktails to be a reflection of our outlook on design: timeless, classic, with a bit of the unexpected. Clean and fresh flavors reign, with a little something for every palate.
Every detail at The Parlour has been carefully considered to delight all the senses. As a firm that specializes in the visual, of course there is lots to see here: brilliant light fixtures, carefully styled casegoods, welcoming living and dining vignettes. Within each seating area, we’ve included a variety of textiles to touch and sink into – wool, silk blends, leather, linen. Catch a hint of one of our favorite scents. Then sidle up to the bar in The Parlour to enjoy the flavors of our signature cocktails and elegant small bites while listening to music that sets the mood.

I also received numerous compliments on the food. The events team at P&O did a fantastic job, service was great. The space is comfortable and is very functional.
